Excellent coffee maker with a problem
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
The basic coffee maker is small and simple to use unlike most on the market that have programable functions. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that I can’t poor a cup of coffee without it dribbling down the pot on the counter. The seems to be a problem with many coffee makers.
Update: After using the coffee maker for a month I got so frustrated trying to pour without spilling that I called Jerdon. They claim there is nothing incorrect but if I want to return the pot to them they will check it and send a replacement if they find a defect. They would not send a replacement first so I would be without a coffee maker. Jerdon customer service stinks. I have changed my review to 1 star. Do not buy a Jerdon coffee maker.
Makes coffee OK but hard to pour without spilling
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
I bought this to replace my worn-out Krups Cafe Express 4-cup coffee maker and how I wish the Krups model were still available. Perhaps it’s just me, but I can’t seem to pour the coffee from the Jerdon pot without spilling unless I pour ever so slowly.
