no fuss, excellent coffee at an incredible value!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’ve had this coffee maker for at least 5 years now, and it’s fantastic! My Mom has had all of the super fancy coffee makers, and she was over the other day and said “WOW, this coffee is FANTASTIC!! Way better than the coffee at our house!” It’s been working pretty solid; we make 1 to 2 pots nearly every day. The only issue is that there is a plastic tube thing on the drip that can cause the water to back off; we just removed it and everything works fantastic! If you just want a basic and reliable coffee maker you’ve found it!!

Unsafe!!
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
While this coffee maker makes a excellent cup of coffee, it has no automatic turnoff. As a result, if you forget to turn the heating element off before you leave the house, your best possible scenario is a house filled with the odor of burnt coffee when you return – the worst is returning to your house burning. This is inexcusable in this day and age.

makes excellent coffee
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
this coffeemaker makes very excellent coffee but i wish the design was better – the gadget that makes the coffee stop and release just hangs in the back and if you hit it the incorrect way it could fall and the opening of the pot is so small to fit your hand in to wash – also you have to hold the pot just right when you pour or it spills

Worst coffee maker I had
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
It is really the worst coffee maker I had. It is too slow, the automatic stopper always breakes and the coffee pot is useless, because you can not pour in a cup without making a mess

Excellent Coffee…impossible to keep clean

This unit makes quite excellent coffee and the design is very attractive. But cleaning it is very time consuming and frustrating.

Perfect for its job!

I bought this small coffee maker for a group of 4 people that work near me. We all like to have our coffee right there, and not in the break room downstairs. The coffee tastes fine, and the design is unintrusive. Very pleased with its simplicity.

This small coffeemaker looks nice in its space, and makes excellent coffee due to slow drip, but, the carafe is very hard to pour from without spilling on the counter. Coffee is generally hot. I would not recommend unless you are intent on buying only a 4-cup.

Gives a new name to “Drip Cofee Maker”
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
This is an adorable small coffee maker, makes tasty coffee. Like the “brew pause” feature. But it always makes a complete mess on my counter, both when pouring water in and pouring coffee, therefore I can only give 3 stars. I came on Amazon today to find another 4 cup coffee maker that does NOT spill coffee all over my counter when I go to pour it. When I saw this on here, I chose I ought to write a review and warn those poor souls who might be tempted to order one. I give 5 stars for cuteness factor but just 1 star for practicality. Therefore, a total of 3 stars. Buyer beware.

Has a couple of design problems
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
As the previous reviewer stated, I was also initially impressed with this coffee maker: it makes a decent cup of coffee. But, two things about this coffee maker are quite annoying, so much so that if I had kept my receipt and the box, this would be going back to the store. 1. If the grind of the beans is too fine, the water backs up in the filter after the brew should be completed. 2. The carafe will spill coffee all over your counter top about every time you go to pour a cup, unless you use your thumb to hold down the plastic lid and then you can easily burn yourself from the steam. My advice: avoid this coffee maker.
