Not 3 cups

It is NOT 3 cups, 8 oz per cup would be 24 ounces. It is 12 oz and should be sold as such.

3 cup? I reckon not.

Bodum is a fantastic brand as I know it, but this thing is fake advertising. I don’t see how this qualifies for 3 cups. It is NOT 3 “mugs” of coffee, and it isn’t even 3 standard “cups” (8 oz per cup would be 24 ounces). This should be more properly called 1 1/2 C coffeemaker or “single mug” coffeemaker. I bought two of these as gifts but am ashamed to give them away they’re so tiny as to be impractical so I’m going to have to return them. You < might> be able to pull out 3 “cups” of espresso out of this thing I suppose….

works perfectly

works perfectly, but it’s a small less than enough coffee. it really only makes one serving, and i wish it were a small more generous. otherwise, it’s perfect. simple to clean, lightweight, simple to use.
